We buy the food the day before or the day of each trip, at one of the city’s Greenmarkets.  Supplementary items are occasionally purchased from locally-owned businesses.  In general, we just see what’s at the market when we go, and then make lunch out of what we find!  Lunches from past trips are listed below, along with 1) where it was grown/produced, 2) where it was bought/acquired, and 3) how much it cost.

We made pizza in the Bakehouse Alan Scott oven – I don’t have all the ingredient sources, but the pizza dough was made by Kathy of course (King Arthur Organic Flour), with homemade tomato sauce, garlic, mozzarella and goat cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage, and caramelized onions!
